Web Developer:
Requirements

· Excellent knowledge of using C#, ASP.NET 2.0, AJAX, and JavaScript.
· Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server and databases concepts.
· Strong background in OOP. 
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· DOT Net 3.5 is a plus.
· Background of CSLA .NET framework is a plus.
· Background of Microsoft Enterprise Library components is a plus.
· Basic understanding of XML and SOA is a plus.
Credentials and Experience
· At least one year of experience.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
· Understanding the full software life-cycle.
· Experience in Team foundation server work environment is desirable.

QA Engineer:

Responsibilities
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to review requirements and design specs, create test plans and test suites.
· Perform white/black box testing utilizing both manual and automated test scripts.

· Validate bug fixes and enhancements, document and analyze test results, manage defect status and other test issues.
Requirements
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
· Basic experience in QA/testing.
· Experience in Test plan, Test Case design. 
· Experience in Automated tests tools
Credentials and Experience
· At least one year of experience.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
· Understanding the full software life-cycle, and QA practices and methodologies.
· Financial experience is a strong plus.
